Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Projects Hub software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”) located at https://www.projectshub.io/ (the “Site”). Authorization to Contact

By using the Service, you agree to receive text messages and emails from us regarding the Service and other related communications. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions contained in the communication.

Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account to our Service, you authorize Projects Hub to access and process your email data as described in our Privacy Policy. This authorization is necessary for the functionality of our Service.

Data Processing

We request the following Gmail API scopes:

1. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly - to read your email messages and settings
2. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send - to send emails on your behalf
3. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - to retrieve your email address for account identification

Data Usage Limitations

We strictly adhere to the. Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will not use or transfer the information received from Gmail APIs for any purpose other than providing and improving the Projects Hub Service.

Revocation of Access

You may revoke Projects Hub's access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account settings or by contacting us at service@projectshub.io. Upon revocation, we will delete all Gmail data associated with your account within 30 days.

Service Description

Projects Hub provides an online platform for managing and organizing projects. The Service includes tools for task management, project collaboration, and communication.

Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least [13] years old to use the Service. You may use the Service only if you have the power to form a contract with the Company and are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so.

When using the Gmail integration feature, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate information and only connect Gmail accounts you have the right to access.
2. Use the integration in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Not use the integration to send spam, malicious content, or violate the rights of others.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify the Company.

Limitation of Liability

PROJECTS HUB MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS OR RELIABILITY OF ANY GMAIL DATA PROCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
