Introduction

Projects Hub (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (“you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets forth our policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use our software-as-a-service platform (“Service”) located at https://www.projectshub.io/ (the “Site”). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Information We Collect

Additionally, we collect information about your use of the Service, such as your project data and activity history. When you connect your Gmail account to our Service, we collect and process the following data:

  • Email content related to your projects
  • Email metadata (such as sender, recipient, date, and subject)
  • Your email address for account identification

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. We may use your information to send you promotional information about our services, unless you have opted out of receiving such information. When it comes specifically to the use of Gmail data:

  • We use email content to monitor project-related communications and display relevant information in our user interface.
  • We use email metadata to organize and categorize project-related emails.
  • We use your email address for account identification and communication purposes.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your information to third-party service providers for the purpose of providing the Service and for other purposes as described in this Policy. We may also disclose your information to law enforcement, government agencies, or other third parties when required by law, or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.

Projects Hub use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Use of LogRocket

We use LogRocket, a third-party service, to improve the user experience and performance of the Service. LogRocket collects information about your use of the Service, such as your click behavior and page interactions. The information collected by LogRocket is subject to LogRocket’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://logrocket.com/privacy.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. For Gmail data, we implement the following additional security measures:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Strict access controls limiting data access to essential personnel only
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

Data Retention

We retain your information including Gmail data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. We may also retain and use your information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at service@projectshub.io. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all your Gmail data from our systems within 30 days.

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Revoke access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account settings or by contacting us

International Transfer

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to other countries.
